All bookings at Sora Studios require full payment upfront to secure your session.
Cancellations & Refund Eligibility - We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
3 Days Before Your Booking If you cancel 3 days (72+ hours) before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.
2 Days Before Your Booking If you cancel 2 days (48 hours) before your session, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking fee.
1 Day Before Your Booking If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, no refund will be provided.
Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show No refunds or credits will be issued for same-day cancellations or failure to attend your booking.
Late Arrivals Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals do not extend your booking, and no partial refunds are offered.
Studio Cancellations In the rare occasion that Sora Studios cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose: a full refund, or a complimentary reschedule on the next available date.
